Lisa Nixon is a qualified registered teacher through bbodance and one of the first cohort to hold the much-coveted Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Silver Swan Licence for teaching ballet and repertoire to adults who want to live the dream. Qualified to teach inclusively from beginner to professional, accommodate wheelchair users and those with long term conditions.

Lisa Studied at the prestigious Bush Davies School of Theatre Arts and Education and London Studio Centre. A gold and silver NATD trained competition medalist, she has worked as a professional dancer all over the world, toured extensively and held residencies in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Philippines, Macau, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal and Morocco. Lisa was a program developer for SOSA (IDTA) and was invited to stand as

national representative for Para Dance UK.

Her ballet school and life-long learning classes have delivered a wide range of genres including Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, Cardio Kick, Creative Choreography, Contemporary, Dance Sport wheelchair dance, Commercial dance, Flowetic®, Zumbini®, Musical Theatre, Universal Dance®, Para Dance, Bollywood, child centred PMLD dance, boot camp, resisted tension, gym instructing, Sosa Dance Fitness®, national, Latin & ballroom, ETM, Cardio Kick® Oriental belly dance, burlesque,

Bhangrafit®, aerobics, circuit, Barre Zero and Reiki 3.

Her latest CPD is based on PBT®, training.
